What you can do
- Get a strong mint to lick
- Mouth wash may help; do not give mouthwash to children because they may swallow it
- Rinse your mouth after eating especially after intake of milk, fish, meat, beans
- Eat fresh fruits and vegetables
- Proper dental care, regular flossing
- Brush your teeth twice a day with a toothpaste that has fluoride
- Visit your doctor/dentist for needed examination and prescription
