MOTION SICKNESS
It occurs when a person is in motion. It can also occur in a static person if the person is viewing an object in motion e.g., a moving car, or a movie.

- People with history of migraine headache
- Children between the age of 2 to 12
What are the symptoms?
- Nausea (an urge to vomit), the person may vomit
- Dizziness
- Headache
- Excessive sweating
What you can do
- Close your eyes and rest your head in a stable(still) position while in transit
- Motion sickness is less if you drive the car rather than ride in it
- In a bus or car, it is advised you sit at the front
- Travel in large well-ventilated vehicles
- Avoid alcohol and oily meals for 24 hours before travelling
- Do not read in a car if prone to motion sickness
- Visit your doctor for assessment and possible prescriptions.
