- One or the two breasts of the baby may be bigger than normal
- There may be watery or milky discharge from the breast or when pressed
- It can occur in both male and female babies
- It usually involves the two breasts
- It usually resolves within 2 weeks but may persist for months

Do not squeeze the breast, it may become painful, bigger and may cause infection of the breast.
