What you can do

How to prevent infections
- Ensure proper hygiene; regularly wash your hand, body and clothing
- Cook with clean water, and drink clean water
- Ensure your foods are well prepared
- Eat good food and reduce stress; these will improve your body’s ability to resist infection
- Disinfect household equipment
- Use of antiseptics
